United States Presidential Election 2024

The election process in general is a shock and awe experience for most that follow politics on a regular basis. I can look back over the past few presidential election cycles and acknowledge that the shocking statements, name calling and brutal dialog to smear the opposition has definitely up-staged previous elections of the past.

Last night was the first Republican debate for the presidential election cycle of 2024. Trump wasn't present for this debate citing he didn't need to debate as he was the front runner "by a lot". Instead, he did an interview with Tucker Carlson on X, formally known as Twitter.

Did you watch the debate or view Trump on X?

Apparently, the democratic national committee has decided there will be no democratic debates. Do you think this choice disenfranchises voters? Do the debates even matter or are they more for network ratings and the presidential debates have lost their true intent?
