Occasionally, I'll hear a quote that I haven't heard before. Sometimes they are so good that I wonder if the person using the quote was the original author or did they pick it up somewhere else and strategically used the quote at the right time.
I heard this quote the other day and thought it was poignant.
People that tell the truth don't have to be defensive, those that lie do.
One of my dad's quotes he used often to remind me to speak up or be inquisitive:
