I still work out everyday, but as they say, as you get older, you lose muscle mass and you have to be sure to also do a little weight lifting or calisthenics. I'm at the point that I need to incorporate more of a power workout rather then just aerobics, as in my two miles on the treadmill everyday.

Are you suuuurre the keyboard doesn't count? :p That's definitely a good workout though, I like it's focus on full-body movements. It's very efficient.
